Leh: Deputy Secretary General of Asian Buddhist Conference for Peace, Sonam Wangchuk Shakspo called on the Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson in Leh. During his meeting, he presented CEC Gyalson with a commemorative stamp on Bakula Rinpoche issued by the Mongol-Post.
The stamp was released as a tribute to late 19th Kushok Bakula Rinpoche for his tremendous contribution towards the people of Mongolia during his tenure as India’s ambassador to Mongolia.
