Leh: The Chief Executive Councillor of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Leh has extended greetings to Draupadi Murmu for being elected as the President of India.
Murmu, 64, is only the second former member of BJP after President Ram Nath Kovind to be elected President.
Murmu, who belongs to a tribal community in Odisha, will be the first Adivasi woman to occupy the country’s top constitutional post.
