Leh: Department of Tourism & Culture of Ladakh Union Territory Administration is organising Purig-e-Gastoon at Shagaran Chiktan this Sunday.
Purig-e-Gastoon aka Celebration of Purig Festival and it a major event organised to showcase local culture and heritage of Kargil district. It is being organised by tourism & culture department in collaboration with Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Kargil.
Major tourist attractions like local food stalls, local games, local dances and cultural programs will be organised during this day long event.
