Kargil: Principal District & Session Judge Kargil, Spalzes Angmo chaired a meeting today at Conference Hall Baroo to discuss the preparations for upcoming tour of Chief Justice, High Court of J&K and Ladakh, Justice Arun Palli, accompanied by eight other judges from the High Court of Punjab and Haryana.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil, Imteeaz Kacho; Secretary DLSA Chemit Yurgyal, Chairman/ Munsiff TLSC Sankoo/Zanskar, Deldan Angmo; ASP, Nitin Yadav; SDM Drass; Executive Engineer R&B; AD Tourism; Tehsildar Sankoo; President Bar Association; representatives of KDA, Traffic Police, AO to DC, Information and other concerned departments.
The meeting was followed by detailed discussions on necessary arrangements for the VIPs including vehicles Transportation & Security, Medical Facilities & Accommodation, Tour Itinerary & Cultural Programs, Media Coverage & Public Coordination among many others.
The Principal District & Session Judge Kargil directed all the officials to make necessary arrangements to ensure hassle-free tour of the VIPs.
All the attendants of the meeting explored various means and arrangements to be made for the tour of the Chief Justice to Kargil district.
