Leh: With an aim to provide speedy justice and reduce the pendency of cases, District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Leh will organise National Lok Adalat on May 14.
As per the official handout issued to Indus Dispatch, the District Legal Services Authority, Leh informed that National Lok Adalat will held on May 14 at District Court Complex, Leh
“The National Lok Adalat will begin at 10 am where in cases such as criminal compoundable, civil cases , Revenue matters, Matrimonial cases, Bank recovery cases, Electricity matters ,Traffic challan, Pre litigation etc will be taken up for disposal,” the handout reads.
Moreover, the official handout also revealed that if anyone is desirous to settle their dispute/matters in the National Lok Adalat have been asked to approach office on May 14 or before.
The Pre Lok Adalat period also begins from May 4th till 13th May and parties may also approach on any of these dates.
