Major Chirag Chatterjee scales both Mount Everest, Mt Lhotse in single push
LEH: In a significant achievement Major Chirag Chatterjee of Indian Army has successfully scaled Mount Everest and mount Lhotse in a single push.
The rarest mountaineering feat has been accomplished by only a few mountaineers across the world.
Additional Directorate General of Public Information, Indian Army while acknowledging his achievement said that they are proud of the solider.
“Major Chirag Chatterjee of #IndianArmy successfully scaled Mt Everest & Mt Lhotse, the world’s highest and the 4th highest peak, in a single push together. This rarest mountaineering feat has been accomplished by only a few mountaineers across the world,” ADGPI Indian Army said in a message.
