LG Mishra, First Lady Neelam Mishra celebrate Holi, IWD with Raj Niwas staff

Leh: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) and First Lady Neelam Mishra celebrated Holi and International Women’s Day (IWD) with the staff at Raj Niwas. Advisor, Umang Narula and Secretary, Ravinder Kumar were present during the event.

The LG wished all the staff on the occasion of Holi and International Women’s Day. Highlighting the need to celebrate festivals of all religions, the LG stressed the need to be righteous and also to help needy people.

He emphasised the importance of providing quality education and good health services to the people in society, and advised everyone to help those in need of quality education and good healthcare facilities.

First Lady Neelam Mishra interacted with the female staff of Raj Niwas and also cut a cake on the occasion, and highlighted the importance of good communication and the need to empower women in society.
