Leh: With an objective to provide better health care service to people, the Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh R K Mathur on Friday inaugurated central heating system and open gym at Shesrap Skyadtsal-Ling Library.
“LG RK Mathur inaugurated central heating system and open gym at Shesrap Skyadtsal-Ling Library and Learning Centre, Thiksey, celebrating 80th Birth Anniversary of HE Thiksey Rinpochey,” an official tweeted.
