
LBA holds event to acknowledge initiatives, contributions of Hill Council Leh
LEH: Ladakh Buddhist Association, Leh organised an event at LBA Headquarters, Leh in honour of LAHDC Leh led by its Chairman, Tashi Gyalson, to acknowledge its various initiatives and contributions during the visit of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the ongoing infrastructure development work at Ladakh Buddhist Vihara in New Delhi.
Officials of LBA led by Vice-President LBA, President LBA Women’s Wing, General Secretary LBA & their Youth Wing were in attendance at the event.
On behalf of LBA, Vice-President, Tsering Dorjey Lakrook expressed gratitude to the Chairman and his team of Executive Councillors of LAHDC Leh for their unwavering support and assistance, especially in ensuring a smooth stay of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama during his visit to Leh, Ladakh in 2022 and 2023, respectively.
He also highlighted the immense contributions of LAHDC Leh in ensuring excellent infrastructural arrangements at Khaltse during the visit of His Holiness to Sham area this year.
Besides, LBA Vice President also extended his gratitude for the support being extended by the Chairman-led Executive Councillors of LAHDC Leh in the ongoing renovation works being carried out at Ladakh Buddhist Vihara, New Delhi. He also discussed various other infrastructural projects with the Chairman.
CEC Tashi Gyalson expressed his gratitude for organising the event and assured of all possible and continuous assistance in the future as well.
