LAHD-SSRB conducts OMR-based Written Examination for 362 District Cadre Posts

Leh: The Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Subordinate Service Recruitment Board (LAHD-SSRB) Leh Sunday conducted an OMR-based written examination for 362 posts of level 10th in various departments of Leh district.

A total of 6176 candidates had applied for the posts, out of which 4332 candidates took the exam today in 12 examination centres.

To ensure the smooth conduct of the exam, a total of 422 officials and 112 police personnel were deployed. The exam was conducted under CCTV surveillance at centres and a photo-based e-authentication system was also introduced for the first time by LAHD-SSRB Leh.

Besides, e-buses were also pressed into service on the centre-specific routes today for the convenience of the candidates appearing for the exam.

The LAHD-SSRB Leh is committed to conduct a transparent and fair recruitment processes in a fast-track manner. Further, the LAHD-SSRB Leh has already issued notice for downloading the Admit Cards for 10+2 and Graduate Level Examination to be held on May 14th 2023. The admit cards will be available on LAHD-SSRB Leh’s online portal www.lahdssrb.in/ from 5th to 13th May 2023.
