Leh: Lekzes Angmo a budding cyclist from the union territory of Ladakh has made whole Ladakh proud by winning silver medal in individual road time trail 20km cycling (Girls category) at the 4th Khelo India Youth Games 2021 at Panchukla Haryana.
The chief Executive Councilor of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council, Tashi Gyalson has extend congratulations to Lekzes for winning the medal.
The Deputy Chairman of LAHDC and executive councillors also congratulated her on her achievement.
