Leh: Chairman/ CEC, Adv. Tashi Gyalson convened a meeting Thursday in the presence of MP Ladakh, Jamyang Tsering Namgyal to review preparations ahead of the visit of His Holiness the 43rd Sakya Trizin Gyana Vajra Rinpoche to Leh Ladakh.
CEC Gyalson instructed all the Departmental Officers to ensure smooth arrangements at Matho monastery.
He asked the concerned to conduct a field visit to examine all the necessary developmental works required at the sites which include maintenance of road connectivities, sanitation works, water connections, and uninterrupted electricity connection.
The CEC further asked Police Department to ensure security arrangements and a smooth movement of traffic during the visit of His Holiness.
