Leh: The Union Territory of on Ladakh mourned the demise of Councillor Tingmosgang, Sonam Dorjay.
As per reports, several prayers were held to pay tributes to the councillor.
Ladakh Buddhist Association mourned the demise of Councillor Tingmosgang, Sonam Dorjay.
LBA President Thupstan Chewang led EC members, LBA Women & Youth wings paid homage and observed silence.
Similarly, LAHDC Leh mourns the demise of Councillor Tingmosgang, Sonam Dorjay.
CEC Tashi Gyalson, DC Shrikant Suse, councillors & officials have paid homage to the departed councillor Sonam Dorjay.
As a mark of respect, Council Secretariat, Leh is closed for the day.
