Ladakh girl Tsering Dolker wins National Level Exhibition & Project Competition
LEH: Student of Government Higher Secondary School Disket, Tsering Dolker from Ladakh union territory won the 10th National Level Exhibition and Project Competition, 2023 Wednesday.
The competition was organised by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and National Innovation Foundation India under ‘Inspire Manak’ held at Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, New Delhi from 9th-11th October 2023.
On behalf of LAHDC Leh, and the people of Ladakh, the Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson and Dy Chairman, Tsering Angchuk congratulated Tsering Dolker, a student of Government Higher Secondary School, Disket for winning the 10th National Level Exhibition and Project Competition, 2023.
The CEC also congratulated all the participants from UT of Ladakh who represented the region at the National level competition namely, Zahra Batool of Government High School Minji (now in GHSS Trespone), Skarma Stanzin Chosdan of JNV School Leh, Stanzin Kunsal from JNV School, Leh and Stanzin Gyatso of Government High School Yourgo.
Tsering Dolker competed with participants from across the nation and presented her project on “Solar Water Room Heater” during the competition and exhibition. Around 450 students from all states and UTs participated out of which 60 students and their projects were shortlisted for the final round.
Further, commending the achievement, CEC Tashi Gyalson congratulates and lauds the dedicated and collective efforts of the teachers, mentors, and parents. The CEC also termed her achievement at the national level a proud and inspirational moment for the entire people of Ladakh.
