
Ladakh Bhawan Resident Commission New Delhi Commemorates UT Foundation Day with Grandeur
Leh: The Ladakh Bhawan Resident Commission in New Delhi celebrated UT Foundation Day on the 30th and 31st of October, 2023, in a vibrant and enchanting manner. Led by Sonam Chossdon, Resident Commissioner, the commission showcased the rich Ladakhi culture with great enthusiasm on Tuesday.
The Ladakh Bhawan was transformed into a beacon of cultural splendor, adorned with dazzling lighting, fragrant flowers, and a captivating exhibition of traditional Ladakhi attire and ornaments. Guests were treated to an authentic Ladakhi culinary experience, savoring the delectable flavors of Chutagi, Paba, Thukpa, momos, and the cherished butter tea.
A highlight of the event was the presentation of indigenous value-added products under the esteemed Brand Ladakh. This included a delightful array of organic jams, succulent apricots, soothing chamomile tea, and the nutrient-rich sea buckthorn berries.
