Leh: His Holiness Dalai Lama reached at Padum district Kargil to conduct teaching sessions.
As per the reports, His Holiness Dalai Lama was received by Chief Executive Councillor (CEC) Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council Kargil, Feroz Ahmed Khan.
