DSE orders detaching of all teaching staff attached to other Deptts, outside UT

Kargil: The Directorate of School Education Ladakh issued order to detach all teaching staff of the department attached to different Departments, organizations and in outside the UT.

The Chief Education Officer Kargil has ordered the detachment of teaching staff Friday, and directed them to report back to their original place of posting for assigned role, before the reopening of Schools.

According to an order, a copy of which lies with Indus Dispatch, the CEO Kargil stated, “It has come to the notice of the Higher Authorities, that many of the teaching staff of School Education Department are attached to different departments and organizations and some are even attached outside the Union Territory.”

“It is imperative that we maintain the integrity of our education system and ensure that all teachers are appropriately placed,” the order read.

Irrational attachments disrupt the departmental workflow and cause inconvenience to toher employees, and has a negative impact on the overall functioning of the department, the CEO as per the order said.

“Failure to comply with this order will result in immediate disciplinary action against the defaulter,” the order read.
