Kargil: In Ladakh, the Drass Winter Carnival-2024, themed “Celebrating Life in the Second Coldest Inhabited Place in the World,” commenced with unparalleled fanfare in a dazzling opening ceremony.

The inaugural events featured a heart-pounding ice hockey match between City Blue and Team Red, injecting excitement into the frosty air. Additionally, a captivating archery match displayed precision and skill, leaving spectators spellbound.
