
CTET Qualified aspirants appeal CEC Kargil for early advertisement of posts
KARGIL: With the intuition of protecting jobs in the Kargil district, the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) qualified teacher aspirants appealed the Chief Executive Councilor (CEC) of LAHDC-Kargil Feroz Ahamd Khan for early advertisement of teaching posts.
The posts should be advertised in the district through the LAHDC-District Subordinate Service Recruitment Board (DSSRB) at the earliest.
In an application submitted to the CEC Kargil, the teacher aspirants have pointed out that the DSSRB Leh has already advertised vacant teacher posts in the respective district.
They have appealed to the CEC to advertise the vacant posts in Kargil before the model code of conduct for the LAHDC elections comes into effect.
The appeal by the CTET qualified teacher aspirants highlights the importance of early advertisement of vacant posts to provide equal opportunities for qualified individuals to apply for teaching jobs in the district.
In the letter, the aspirants have also mentioned that they have been informed by the Director School Education that he has already forwarded the vacant teacher post to CEC’s office.
Moreover concerned over the delay in advertisement of posts in Kargil, one of the political activists wrote on social media Twitter handle that many aspirants have approached him in this regard and they have requested him to appeal to LG Ladakh BD Mishra for his intervention.
“Despite Multiple assurances, the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) qualified teacher aspirants are waiting for the early advertisement for the vacant posts in the Kargil district, he wrote in a message.
