Leh: The Union Territory of Ladakh reported three new cases of COVID-19 while 2 patients were recovered and discharged from hospital.
As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, three new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 120 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 92 sample reports in Leh and 28 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that two patients were cured and discharged and was discharged by CMO Leh. UT Ladakh has received three new positive sample reports. All positive sample reports received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 27, out of which 25 active cases are in Leh district and 02 active cases are in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 2477 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 1287 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse, 150 were screened at Upshi check post.
