Leh: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, forty nine new positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday.
While a total of 589 sample reports were tested in UT Ladakh 510 sample reports in Leh and 26 sample reports in Kargil were found to be negative. The bulletin further informs that ten patients were cured and discharged. All patients were discharged by CMO Leh. UT Ladakh has received forty nine new positive sample reports. All positive samples reports received by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 150, all active cases are in Leh district.
The bulletin further informs that 2375 passengers were screened at the KBR, Leh airport while 962 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse, 261 were screened at Upshi check post.
