Hon’ble Chairman/CEC of LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson, was called on by a delegation from the ALSAJ, led by its President, Mr. Stanzin Gurmet, along with Cultural Executive, Ms. Padma Angmo.
The delegation followed up on earlier discussions regarding issues faced by Ladakhi students in Jammu, including hostel management and maintenance, the need for improved facilities to accommodate more students, and the proposal to establish a Table Tennis Club to encourage healthy recreational activities.
Hon’ble CEC Adv. Tashi Gyalson assured the delegation of the council’s continued support and appreciated ALSAJ’s efforts toward student welfare. He also directed that a detailed meeting be organized with the concerned departments to address these matters.
