CEC Gyalson reviews preparations ahead of Ladakh Photo Exhibition at New Delhi
LEH: A follow-up meeting was convened by the Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson to review preparations regarding the upcoming Ladakh Photo Exhibition at the All India Fine Art and Crafts Society, New Delhi.
Dy Chairman, Tsering Angchuk; Executive Councillor, Handicraft/Handloom, Ghulam Mehdi; Executive Councillor, RDD, Tashi Namgyal Yakzee; CCF, LAHDC Leh, Jigmet Namgyal; Superintendent Handloom Department, Leh; IPO, Industries Department Leh, and other concerned officials from Handloom, Handicraft and Industries Department were in attendance at the meeting. Renowned Photographer and Journalist, Vijay Karanti attended the meeting virtually.
The Photo Exhibition in New Delhi would focus exclusively on the promotion of the GI-tagged products of Ladakh, including Ladakh Pashmina, Ladakhi Wood Carving, and Ladakh Apricot (Raktsey Karpo).
