CEC Gyalson interacts with international models
LEH: The Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Tashi Gyalson interacted with the international models cum women leaders from different G20 nations who participated in the first Ladakh International Fashion Runway at Umling-La yesterday.
A comprehensive discussion took place on the recently concluded Ladakh International Fashion Runway where the models shared their experiences with the CEC and discussed major takeaways from this mega event.
They further expressed their gratitude to LAHDC Leh and the UT Administration Ladakh for hosting such a spectacular event in Leh, Ladakh.
CEC Tashi Gyalson commended the determination and dedication of the models for participating in the inaugural Ladakh International Fashion Runway amid extreme climatic challenges at the Umling-la Top located at an altitude above 19000 ft.
He also shared the vision of LAHDC Leh and the Ladakh Administration in advocating and raising awareness about climate change.
The CEC requested all the women representatives from the G20 countries to consider future collaborations to such initiatives aimed at addressing climate change. He also felicitated all the models and the organising team in the end.
