CEC Gyalson chairs General Council Meeting of Leh Hill Council

LEH: General Council Meeting being chaired by the Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson at the Assembly Hall of LAHDC Leh to review the physical and financial expenditures under District Plan for the financial year 2023-24 of Leh District.

Before the commencement of the General Council meeting, CEC Tashi Gyalson led Councillors of Hill Council, Leh mourned the demise of prominent personalities including His Eminence Chosje Togdan Rinpoche, former MLC/EC Nurboo Gyalston & Sub Major Tsewang Morup (Vir Chakra).

To get a first-hand experience of the functioning of Hill Council, the students & faculties of the Political Science Dept of University of Ladakh are also in attendance at the General Council Meeting of LAHDC Leh.
