Leh: The administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has announced a significant hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) of employees by four percent. An order to this effect upon approval by Lieutenant Governor R.K. Mathur, was issued by Umang Narula, Advisor to LG and Secretary Finance.
