Observing and honouring the spirit of public service, community participation and inclusive governance under the aegis of “Sewa Parv”, the officials of District Social Welfare Office, Leh today on 23rd September, 2025, visited the Old Age Home operated by HelpAge India at Shey. Interacting with the inmates of the Old Age Home, the officials apprised them about various welfare schemes and measures implemented by the departments such as the Old Age Pension, assessment camps and distribution of assistive devices under ALIMCO.
