Drass, September 15: Chief Education Officer (CEO) Kargil visited several educational institutions in Drass to assess academic performance, teaching activities and student support systems ahead of the upcoming board examinations.
During the visit to GHSS Drass, GHSS Bhimbet, GHS Mushkow and GHS Muradbagh, the CEO reviewed academic performance, hostel facilities, remedial classes and the ongoing CBSE Expert Teaching Programme for Classes 10th and 12th.
He interacted with teachers, students and CBSE resource persons, taking feedback on the teaching-learning process and the academic support being provided to students.
The CEO stressed the need for effective classroom teaching, regular remedial support and focused board-exam preparation, urging teachers and resource persons to continue their efforts to improve learning outcomes.
He also appreciated the contribution of the teaching staff and CBSE experts in strengthening academic support and examination preparedness for students across the Drass region.
