Leh: The NCC unit in collaboration with the NSS Unit of the Eliezer Joldan Memorial College organized HAR Ghar Tiranga Program on 13th August 2025. The NCC Cadets and NSS Volunteers along with the students of the college participated in the program. Leh, August 13, 2025: The full-dress rehearsal for the 79th Independence Day celebrations was held today at Pologround, Leh. Khaltse, August 13, 2025: In a spirited display of enthusiasm and patriotic fervour, the full dress rehearsal for the upcoming 79th Independence Day celebrations was held today at the SDM Stadium, Khaltse. The event, in line with similar preparations across the nation, commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag by Naib Tehsildar Khaltse, Asgar Ali, at 11:00 AM, accompanied by the National Anthem.
