Dras,: A major traffic disruption was averted on Tuesday after a fully loaded oil tanker overturned near Batra Transit Camp in Dras, blocking the strategic National Highway 301.
Personnel from the Forever in Operations Division of the Fire & Fury Corps, deployed in the area, acted swiftly to recover the vehicle and restore traffic on the key route connecting Kargil and Dras.
Army officials said the timely response by the troops reflects the Fire & Fury Corps’ steadfast commitment to humanitarian assistance and maintaining operational readiness in the high-altitude sector.
