Kharu: Sub-Divisional Magistrate Kharu, Sonam Dorjay, chaired a preparatory meeting at Kharu to finalize arrangements for the upcoming 79th Independence Day celebrations.
The meeting focused on ensuring smooth execution of key events such as flag hoisting, parade, and cultural programmes. SDM Kharu issued clear directives to concerned departments for timely and effective implementation of their responsibilities to ensure a well-coordinated celebration.
Officials from various departments including SHQ Kharu, Deputy CEO, BDO, AEO, CDPO, BO, SHO, and others participated in the meeting to streamline coordination.
