Leh, Nov 24 — With the LAHDSSRB Matric and 10+2 level examinations just days away, the District Administration Leh continued its focused training programme for nodal and authentication officers today at the DC Conference Hall. The session was attended by district officials entrusted with ensuring the smooth, secure, and transparent conduct of the examinations on November 30.
A key highlight of the training was a detailed virtual demonstration of the newly introduced digital authentication system. Officers were trained on using the mobile-based application, scanning QR codes on admit cards, and verifying candidate identities — measures aimed at tightening security and eliminating impersonation at examination centres.
ADDC Leh, Sonam Nurboo (JKAS), stressed the importance of punctuality, discipline, and coordination. He directed officers to report sharp at 8:30 am for the morning shift and remain fully prepared throughout both examination sessions.
Secretary LAHD-SSRB and Deputy Director, District Employment & Counselling Centre Leh, Rehmatullah Butt (JKAS), elaborated on the roles and responsibilities of the deployed staff. He reiterated the reporting timings — 8:30 am for the morning and 1 pm for the afternoon session — and urged strict adherence to instructions from centre supervisors to maintain consistency across all venues.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A segment, helping officers clear operational doubts as the administration gears up for the smooth and efficient conduct of the November 30 examinations.
