Shara/Phuktse, Nov 19 — The “Mimangs-si-sJhabstogs – Administration at Your Doorstep” campaign continued its public outreach push today across Shara and Phuktse villages in the Kharu Subdivision, delivering a wide range of on-the-spot services and welfare benefits.
Residents availed ration card enrolment through the Food and Supplies Department, while the Health Department conducted screenings, generated ABHA IDs, and distributed PMJAY entitlements. Banking representatives held awareness sessions on pension schemes, digital banking, and cyber fraud.
The ICDS Department facilitated PMMVY benefits and APAAR ID creation, while the Agriculture Department carried out enrolment for pension schemes, KCC, and PM-KISAN. The Rural Development Department issued Job Cards and completed eKYC formalities, and the Sheep and Animal Husbandry Department provided medicines along with anti-parasitic spraying.
Officials also reviewed and addressed issues related to ongoing projects under PWD, Rural Development, Irrigation & Flood Control, and PHE departments, ensuring immediate resolution wherever possible.
Citizen services such as Resident, Domicile, Mutation, and ST Certificates were issued during the camp. Aadhaar enrolment and corrections, along with the distribution of Golden Cards, were also facilitated by the Education and Rural Departments.
With participation from around 20 departments, the camp saw active involvement from the local community, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to accessible governance and prompt service delivery.
