KARGIL: The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh, Brigadier (Dr) BD Mishra (Retd) inaugurated the two-day Tribal Fest 2023 organised by the Tribal Research Institute (TRI) of the University of Ladakh Kargil Campus at its Campus at Kurbathang in the presence of Chairman, LAHDC Kargil, Feroz Ahmed Khan.
The LG felicitated renowned scholar/folk singer- Tsewang Namgyal and Mohd Hussain on the occasion. He also released Shese Stago (Gateway of Knowledge)- the magazine of the University of Ladakh Kargil Campus.
