The District Administration Leh today held the second day of an intensive training programme for centre supervisors, superintendents, and invigilators in preparation for the upcoming LAHDSSRB Matric and 10+2 Level District Cadre Recruitment Examinations. The training took place at the District Resource Panchayat Centre, Agling.
The session opened with a detailed briefing by Rehmatullah Butt (JKAS), Secretary LAHDSSRB and Deputy Director, District Employment & Counselling Centre Leh. He presented the complete operational framework of the Subordinate Services Recruitment examinations, covering:

ADDC Leh, Sonam Nurboo (JKAS), presided over the session and underscored the need for uniform implementation of guidelines across all examination centres. He reminded officials that the transparency and credibility of the district cadre recruitment process depend on their diligence, coordination, and strict adherence to procedures.
The training witnessed active participation from district officers and officials assigned to examination duties, marking a crucial step in ensuring smooth and fair conduct of the forthcoming recruitment examinations.
