Holding rallies, World Bicycle Day celebrated in Kargil
KARGIL: Holding rallies, walkathons, cycling expeditions Kargil celebrated World Bicycle Day Saturday.
The NSS unit of Government Degree College Kargil Saturday organized a walkathon, run to observe World Bicycle Day under the celebration of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and Mission Life Campaign from June 1 to June 5, 2023.
The walkathon was organized to generate awareness and build interest of community to avert excessive use of vehicles that leads to carbon emission, climate change and global warming.
