LEH: In a welcome move for government employees, the Union Territory administration of Ladakh has announced a 6% hike in Dearness Allowance (DA) for those drawing salaries under the 6th Central Pay Commission (CPC). Kolkata: Defence PSU Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd (GRSE) has fabricated and launched a 280-feet multi-span double-lane modular bridge on Phobrang-Marsimik-La Hot Spring road in Ladakh, an official said on Thursday.
