Leh: The traffic police of Ladakh has issued an advisory for the smooth flow of traffic on the roads of Leh as His Holiness The Dalai Lama is scheduled to visit Sonamling Tibetan Settlement SOS TCV School in Leh tomorrow morning.
The visit is scheduled between 8 to 9 am.
