Leh: Executive Councillor for Art & Culture, Stanzin Chosphel along with Nominated Councillor, Ven. Konchok Tsepel attended the closing ceremony of the 40-day long winter camp organised by Staktrul Education & Welfare Society at Stakna.
H.E Skyabje Stakna Rinpoche, Jigmat Mingyur Thinles Dorjay was the chief guest during the occasion.
As informed, around 50 students attended the winter camp at Stakna.
The students were familiarised with leadership, moral education, academic curriculums, and basic Buddhist studies.
Resource persons were invited frequently during the course of the winter camp to share their knowledge and guide the students on various campaigns. Students were also provided exposure tours as well.
The organisers expressed their gratitude to the supporters and well-wishers for successfully conducting the winter camp this year.
