Leh: Executive Councillor LAHDC Leh and Councillor of Turtuk Constituency, Ghulam Mehdi, extends his heartfelt congratulations to the people of Turtuk and the entire Nubra region on the sanctioning of the Handang Brok–Zangpal Road under the CRIF scheme, with a project cost of ₹229.52 crore.
Executive Councillor expressed deep gratitude to the BJP Government at the Centre and the BJP-led Council in Leh for fulfilling this long-pending demand.

This important infrastructure project is expected to significantly improve road connectivity and boost socio-economic development in the region.
