Every year, February 13 is celebrated as World Radio Day (WRD). People of Ladakh have expressed their views, opinions regarding the contribution of Radio in the cold desert on Radio Day.
The UT of Ladakh got its first-ever FM radio station in its capital city Leh on 14 December 2021. Advisor to LG Ladakh, Umang Narula launched the first-ever Top FM radio in Leh.
