Leh, October 31, 2025:
An Awareness Programme on Vigilance and Anti-Corruption was held today at the Regional Transport Office (RTO), Ladakh, led by Shri Manzoor Ahmed, Superintendent of Police, Anti-Corruption Bureau, along with other bureau officers.
The programme aimed to promote transparency, ethical conduct, and preventive vigilance among officers, officials, and stakeholders in public service. Speakers underscored the importance of a zero-tolerance approach towards corruption and informed participants about mechanisms available for reporting unethical practices.
The session was attended by Dr. Zahida Bano (JKAS), Regional Transport Officer, along with officers and officials from RTO and ARTO offices, representatives from private agencies, and other stakeholders.
To mark the 150th Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, a pledge-taking ceremony was also held, reaffirming participants’ commitment to integrity, patriotism, and dedicated public service.
