Leh, Oct 21 – A new veterinary hospital was inaugurated and handed over to the local community in Punguk, Leh, under Operation Sadbhavana, aimed at improving livestock healthcare in the remote region.
Officials said the facility will offer essential medical services for livestock, benefiting families that rely heavily on animal husbandry for their livelihood. The initiative is expected to strengthen the local economy by ensuring better animal health, productivity, and support for pastoral communities.
