Leh: The Voice of Buddhist Ladakh (VBL) has launched a 15-day crash course aimed at supporting graduate-level job aspirants in preparing for competitive examinations and employment opportunities.
The programme began with an orientation session outlining the course structure, study plan and strategies required to succeed in competitive exams. The initiative has drawn enthusiastic participation from youths across Ladakh.
Designed especially for candidates who are unable to access coaching facilities outside the Union Territory due to financial constraints, the course seeks to provide structured guidance and academic support locally.
Venerable Sangha Sena, who attended the programme as the chief guest, encouraged participants to remain focused and disciplined in their pursuit of knowledge and careers. He emphasised the importance of education, self-confidence and community support in shaping a capable generation that can contribute to Ladakh’s development.
Organisers said the crash course is part of a broader effort to expand opportunities for the region’s youth by enabling them to prepare systematically for competitive examinations. The programme concluded with an interactive session in which participants shared their aspirations and expressed appreciation for the initiative.
