UTDRF conducts training session on Disaster Management

NYOMA: Union Territory Disaster Response Force (UTDRF) Leh Tuesday organised an informative training session on Disaster Management at Panchayat Halqas Maan and Nyoma. The theme of the session was ‘Let’s stay alert, stay prepared & stay safe’.

Disasters can strike anytime, but with the right preparation, we can keep ourselves and our loved ones safe.

The purpose of the training program was to help society in times of disaster and calamity and make the locals prepare to meet any disaster and emergency situations in the district.

During the training program, the volunteers from UTDRF persons and other resource persons gave demonstrations related to disasters to the participants to meet any challenging situation in times of disaster.
