Tsering review issues regarding ongoing planned developmental projects

Leh: Dy Chairman, Tsering Angchuk convened a meeting Monday to review and discuss the issues regarding ongoing planned developmental projects under various schemes in Nubra region especially implementation of Jal Jeevan Mission.

During the meeting, Sarpanches and Nambardars apprised Dy. Chairman with the issues regarding the incomplete/ ongoing works under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) in the Nubra region.

Dy. Chairman directed Executive Engineer, PHE Division Leh to restore the irrigation canal by the end of March, before the start of agricultural season. As decided to conduct an on-spot visit to review public grievances, SDM Nubra directed Xen PHE to prepare a detailed roster and submit it to his office at the earliest.
