Like every year, on third day of Ladakhi new year “LOSAR” Tse-Tse is being celebrated in the premise of Chokhang Vihara, Leh. The term Tse-Tse means dawning of new year, the ritual of Tse Tse are performed with the appearance of moon. This year, auspicious rituals were performed by the villagers of Basgo, as per their village tradition. Every year a particular village is assigned the task turn wise.
