Tributes paid to Late Kushok Gyalsras Bakula Rinpoche on his 20th death anniversary

Leh: Chairman/CEC Tashi Gyalson, MP Jamyamg Testing Namgyal, Dy Chairman Tsering Angchuk, Executive Councillors and Councillors and district officers paid rich tribute to the Late H.E 19th Kushok Gyalsras Bakula Rinpoche the ‘Architect of Modern Ladakh’ on his 20th death anniversary at Council Secretariat on Saturday.
