Kargil: Tehsil Legal Services Committee (TLSC) Drass today organized an awareness program on drug abuse at Mutahhary Public School Drass.
The key speaker of this program was chairman TLSC Drass, Deldan Angmo. The program was attended by 250 students, teaching and non-teaching staff members and PLVs.
The program started with the welcome speech by Shynaz teacher Mutahhary Public School. During the program, some students also delivered their speech on drug abuse.
Chairman TLSC Drass, Deldan Angmo appraised the students about the ill effects of drug abuse and briefly explained the laws and punishment for such crimes.
The program ended with vote of thanks by principal Mutahhary Public School Drass Abdul Shukoor. He thanked TLSC Drass especially the chairman for organizing the program in their school.
