Tiranga Rally in Leh on eve of I-Day

LEH: Deputy Commissioner Santosh Sukhadeve  with SP Leh and civil administration celebrated the Har Ghar Tiranga program at Leh Palace and later took part in a TirangaRally with school children from Leh gate till NDS stadium on Monday.

Traffic Police Ladakh in collaboration with Bikers Union Leh organised a Tiranga rally from Traffic Police Office Agling Leh to celebrate Har Ghar Tiranga, the rally concluded at Petrol Pump Leh after passing by Skalzangling, GH Road, Shanti Stupa/ Changspa Road and Leh Gate/ Main Market Leh.

The main objective of the rally was to create awareness on the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. All the stakeholders were requested to raise the national flag high on their houses and business establishments and celebrate Independence Day.

SP Traffic Ladakh, Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Bhat-JKPS and  Dy. SP Traffic Ladakh, Mohd Baqir and  DTI, Leh, Inspector Mohd Jamil-ur-Rehman, all the officer/ officials of Traffic Police Ladakh and office bearers, other members of Bikers Union Leh actively participated in the instant rally.

The rally culminated at Petrol Pump Leh, where a solemn pledge was administered by SP Traffic Ladakh to all the participants.
